The ITS Cloud Services Team offers self-service scheduling for Office Hours consulting visits, where you can visit our offices to talk about your cloud questions, from startup and basic cloud questions, up to complex cloud design and architecture questions, and nearly everything in between. Consulting time blocks are available in 1 and 2 hour increments, and are available on Wednesday afternoons, approximately every other week (availability may vary around holidays).

Q. What kinds of questions should I book time for?
A. Anything cloud related that you wish to discuss. We can help with general cloud architecture, cloud development and deployment, cloud automation, cost analysis, and any other cloud questions you may have. If you have an idea on how to solve a problem using a cloud service, but want to bounce it off someone for feedback, that’s a great reason to stop by. Don’t know what cloud service to use to solve your problem? We can help! Whether you’re new to cloud and aren’t even sure what questions to ask, or if you’re an existing customer looking to do something new, come see us…we are here to help you be successful.
Q. Can you get me in touch with a vendor to help answer my question?
A. Certainly, but the overwhelming majority of questions we receive are able to be answered directly by our team without having to escalate to an outside vendor. There is significant expertise available right here on campus, and we are ready to help you!
Q. Do you have availability outside of office hours?
